Resort Information

At this time, the amenities at all of our Palm Springs resorts are closed, in accordance with government guidelines. When the amenities reopen, we will be implementing strict social distancing measures and encouraging guests to remain at least six feet from other groups when using an amenity, such as the pool, pool slides,  spas, basketball courts, fitness center, business center and restaurant. Signs will be posted to make guests aware of reduced occupancy numbers and to remind everyone to practice social distancing in all common areas of the resort. For the safety of our guests, we will not allow any oversized floaties/floatation devices in the pool once we reopen. We will, however, allow arm floaties and minor size floaties for toddlers and small children.

The resort will not honor refunds or compensation due to limited amenities and closures during your stay.

Prior to Checking In: Front Desk operates 24 hours a day. Please contact the resort for any special needs or requests at 1.760.866.1800. Our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.

  • Non-smoking resort - all guest suites are non-smoking
  • Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
  • Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age.
  • Pets are not permitted and policy is strictly enforced, with the exception of service animals.
  • Please note: Two-bedroom units have one bathroom.
  • Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked on property. Additional vehicles must park off-site. Parking garages have a maximum height of 6 feet. All SUVs, vans and high profile vehicles are required to use perimeter parking.

When Checking In:

  • Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations: A photo identification, credit card for $200 security deposit and a nightly $29.95 plus tax resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes WiFi, access to underground parking (on availability), pools, sauna and waterslides, Fitness Center, billiards, sport court, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.
  • A resort fee of $29.95 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation.
